Welcome to PrivX, a digital platform that enables real-time connections through video calls between content creators and users over 18 years of age. By using this application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of use.

1. Nature of the Service

PrivX is an application that facilitates virtual interaction between adults through live video calls. Its purpose is to offer a space where content creators can voluntarily, directly, and safely offer their time and attention to users.

2. Age Restriction

PrivX is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you declare and guarantee that you are legally of age in your jurisdiction. Access by minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Interactions Between Users and Creators

Communication between the user and the content creator is private and solely the responsibility of both parties.

PrivX acts only as a technical intermediary and does not intervene in or participate in any interactions, conversations, or agreements between the parties.

PrivX is not responsible for any behaviors, expressions, opinions, actions, or legal consequences resulting from interactions between users and content creators.

4. Respect and Appropriate Behavior

All users agree to maintain respectful behavior, free from offensive language, verbal abuse, or psychological violence during video calls.

The content creator has the full right to end the call at any time, especially if she feels harassed, uncomfortable, or threatened in any way.

Any user who violates these rules may be suspended or permanently banned from the platform, without the right to a refund.

5. Adult Content

PrivX may include visual, verbal, or thematic content that is explicitly intended for adults. By continuing on the platform, you agree to voluntarily be exposed to such content and release PrivX from any complaints, claims, or liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrivX is not responsible for:

What occurs during video calls between users and creators.
Content generated by third parties.
Failure to meet personal expectations.
Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

7. Modifications

PrivX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be notified to users or published within the app.

8. Acceptance

Using PrivX implies your explicit acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with any of the conditions outlined here, you must refrain from using the application.

9. Payments

Users will not be able to access video calls if the corresponding payment has not been properly credited. PrivX reserves the right to restrict access to platform features until payment is confirmed. No partial, early, or exceptional access will be granted without payment verification.
